
Senior CRM Marketer

- Develop and optimize personalized customer experience throughout various channels by optimal use of the power of the Customer Data Platform and marketing automation
- Increase the total CRM revenue and the Customer Lifetime Value
- Growth and quality of the email base including opt-ins
- Develop, implement and optimize of an overall contact strategy (contact pressure)
- Continuously optimize and improve data and performance management
- Master or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Broad experience 3-5 years – in CRM, setting up customer journeys and data driven marketing & customer segmentation
- Your heart beats faster when developing customer-oriented campaigns, where relevance is the goal within the customer journey and thinking customer first
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management. Ability to communicate and influence at different levels of the organization
- Ability to work in the execution as well as on strategy
- You have a great eye for design but you’re also driven by numbers
- Advanced planning and attention-to-detail skills
- Preferable Knowledge of Exponea or other CRM campaign tooling, HTML and SQL
- Experience with Fashion is a pre
