From the very first customer contact, you are involved and energetically get started to ensure that a concept is developed that meets the customer's requirements. You lead a multidisciplinary team, monitor the schedule, and maintain close contact with the customer. Throughout the project, you are the face of the company for the customer, suppliers, and the internal organization.What exactly will you do?
  • Realize projects within time and budget;
  • Coordinate between departments: Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Installation;
  • Review and approval of technical documents and specifications;
  • Compliance with industrial standards and regulations;
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets;
  • Collaboration with the finance department for cost monitoring;
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates;
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies;
  • Resolve technical issues as the first point of contact for the customer during FATs and warranty periods.
RequirementsFunctiecriteria - Technical Project Manager OffshoreWhat do you need?
  • A completed technical education (Bachelor's or Master's) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable discipline;
  • Experience as a Project Manager or Lead Engineer within the maritime, offshore, or industrial sector, focusing on unique and complex projects;
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities;
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and with stakeholders.

  • The salary for this role is between 5000 and 6800 bpm based on 40 hours, depending on your knowledge and experience;
