
Spa Supervisor

- Being the first point of contact and proactively greeting, interacting, and assisting guests in a professional manner;
- Assisting in the smooth flow of the guest’s journey throughout their stay in the spa;
- Handling reservations and actively promoting and selling all retail items, as well as all Mandarin Oriental treatments and packages offered in the spa;
- Supervising, assisting, and managing the team of receptionists during their shift;
- Carrying out general administrative duties related to Akasha operations;
- Striving to enhance the guest experience through a proactive approach, training and development of the receptionist team, and creative thinking;
- Reporting directly to the Akasha (Assistant) Manager.
- A minimum of two years’ experience as a Spa- or Hotel Reception Supervisor, preferably in a luxury setting;
- Proficiency in the English language. Proficiency in Dutch is a plus;
- Eye for detail, drive to success and a supportive attitude;
- A strong sense of responsibility: always follows up, is accurate and knows how to deliver exceptional and personalised service.
- A salary in scale VI of the Dutch Horeca CAO;
