- Develop new data partnerships and identify win-win solutions for the Dutch healthcare system.
- Manage and optimize existing partnerships with university medical centers and hospital networks.
- Coordinate and enable ongoing research and internal activities to meet partner requirements.
- Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics across academic, commercial, and public sector organizations.
- Present our capabilities to C-suite executives, research directors, and data governance boards.
- Enable academic collaborators to generate research publications and develop partnership strategies aligned with leadership goals.
- Understand limitations, barriers and compliance and have clear ideas on how this can be navigated
- Political acumen: Experience navigating complex healthcare stakeholder environments (hospitals, insurers, regulators, academia)
- GDPR/AVG expertise: Deep understanding of Dutch healthcare data governance and privacy regulations
- 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or relationship management
- 5+ years in healthcare, life sciences, or academic research sectors
- Proven track record of securing formal agreements/contracts
- Based in the Netherlands with willingness to travel extensively, including some international travel

- Communication: Fluent in Dutch and English (essential for stakeholder engagement). Able to appropriately express opinions in written and verbal form. Clear and articulate when speaking with an individual or group and uses audience-appropriate language. Listens to others.
