- Develop and maintain websites and digital platforms using enterprise CMS platforms such as Optimizely, Sitecore, Magnolia, or similar.
- Customize CMS templates, components, and modules to meet client-specific needs.
- Integrate CMS platforms with third-party services, APIs, and marketing technologies.
- Collaborate with designers and front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CMS-related issues and bugs.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.
- 2–4 years of experience in CMS development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one server-side language (e.g., C#, PHP, Java).
- Hands-on experience with one or more enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Sitecore, Magnolia, Adobe Experience Manager).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of web performance, security, and accessibility best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with headless CMS architectures and JAMstack.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker).
- Knowledge of personalization, localization, and multi-site management.
- Experience working in an agency or consultancy environment.
