Just minutes away from the central station and only 15 minutes from the beach, our hotel offers 159 stylish rooms, 9 meeting spaces, and a restaurant & bar overlooking the lively Spuiplein.Job DescriptionWhat will you do?As a Front Office Team Member, you'll work together with a team of enthusiastic colleagues under the guidance of our Supervisors. Together, you'll ensure that our guests have an unforgettable stay at TRIBE The Hague Central. From the very first moment of contact until the moment they leave, you are their go-to person and the welcoming face of our hotel.What does your day look like? As a Receptionist, you'll welcome guests in your own authentic way, making sure their check-in already feels like a celebration. You'll share tips on what to do and see in The Hague and help guests find their way around the city and surroundings.Our guests are always your number one priority. That's why you'll work closely with other departments (Housekeeping, Reservations, F&B) to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and nothing is missing in our service. You're flexible, proactive, and able to turn challenges into opportunities, while inspiring your team with your enthusiasm.We are looking for new colleagues for different contract types: whether you prefer to work as an on-call team member, part-time (3 to 5 days a week), or are looking for a full-time role - we've got a spot for you!QualificationsYou recognize yourself in this:For this role, we are looking for someone who makes the difference for our guests. You are spontaneous, confident, and always willing to go the extra mile to create a memorable experience. Of course, you'll do this together with your colleagues as a team.Hospitality and service orientation come naturally to you, and you have a strong commercial mindset. You are outgoing, an excellent communicator, and fluent in both Dutch and English. Speaking a third language is a great plus!At TRIBE, we believe it's important that you can be yourself. We're not a stiff hotel, but a place where individuality is celebrated.You are flexible and enjoy working in shifts, which include mornings, evenings, and weekends.As we are opening our doors in late 2025, we are looking for someone who is available full-time (38 hours, 5 days a week) starting from November 2025 at the earliest, and who already brings experience in a Front Office role.Additional InformationWhat's in it for you?
  • Salary in scale 5 of the Dutch Hospitality CLA (€2.593,53 based on a full-time contract) - we pay 7.5% above the CLA!
