- Maximize the total value creation for the business, maintain and grow the business within the guidelines provided by commercial management
- Develop and nurture relationships at multiple levels and disciplines with existing and new customers to optimize value and capture relevant market information for the business
- Frequently visit customers, distributors and relevant industry related events
- Develop strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and build an effective network
- Hunt for new business opportunities and manage these in CRM
- Execute the pricing plan and apply the tiered service level policy
- Monitor the order to cash process together with customer service and provide accurate monthly sales forecasts to support production planning
- Execute the sales channel strategy
- A Bachelor or Master's Chemistry, Engineering, Biology and/or BBA/MBA
- At least 2 years working experience in a similar sales role
- Fluency in English, both verbal and in writing + another European language is an +
- Experience in the chemical industry, and specifically in or with the Polymer industry, is preferred
- Very strong experience in networking and interpersonal skills with internal and external customer
- An ambitious self-starter with a proactive attitude to add value to our organization
- An energetic and enthusiastic person with a strong team player attitude

- A permanent contract with a probationary period of 2 months.
- A gross basic annual salary including holiday allowance based on your knowledge and experience between EUR 68,000 and EUR 95.000.
