  • Be the driving force behind Linde's pharmaceutical cryo product portfolio, leading sales and business development efforts for cutting-edge biobanking and preservation solutions
  • Collaborate with customers to design tailored solutions using Linde products, from liquid nitrogen to highly-engineered cryogenic storage systems that meet their unique cold chain requirements
  • Combine technical ingenuity and business acumen to identify opportunities, build compelling business cases, and close transformative deals
  • Act as the bridge between customer requirements and Linde technologies, overseeing projects from initial development all the way through implementation alongside our project managers
  • Own the process from opportunity identification to order placement, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success
What makes you great
  • Bachelor's degree (HBO level) and relevant experience in engineering, sales, or applied technologies
  • A passion for technical and commercial problem-solving, with excellent communication skills and the ability to turn challenges into opportunities
  • An entrepreneurial mindset that drives business growth, with the confidence to take ownership of targets and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of the Belgium pharmaceutical market. You'll ideally live in Belgium or near the Belgium border to build relationships in the region
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus, but not mandatory)
  • Digital proficiency and technical know-how to contribute to Linde's ongoing digital transformation
