Our expertise has made a valuable difference for our clients for the past 100+ years, and we are now looking for an Junior Supervisor Assembly & Test, who will join our Production team and will support in making a valuable difference in the century to come.What will you do?Responsabilities:
  • Coordinating assembly related tasks together with the Supervisor Assembly
  • Seeks solutions and takes care of keeping an good overview of all broken and defect parts in the shop
  • Proposes and discusses improvements on the shop floor
  • Frequently checks upon activities completed by shop floor employees and discusses results with the Supervisor Assembly and Mechanics
  • Processes administrative tasks in support of the Supervisor Assembly (E.g. time registration, material orders, inspections and calibrations)
  • Oversees execution of company, maintenance, labor and safety instructions plus reports deviations to Supervisor Assembly
What do you need to bring?Required knowledge of:
  • Machine applications, shop floor skills and repair skills
  • Machine equipment and tools
  • Organizing, planning, communication and delegating
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
  • Assessment of defects and deviations
