- Lead the commercial strategy and execution for Vertical Packaging and Lollipop Machines across European markets.
- Drive annual planning and budgeting processes, aligning country-level targets with broader business goals.
- Oversee direct sales operations for the Lollipop business and refine the go-to-market strategy for Vertical Packaging.
- Strengthen sales operations by improving responsiveness, accelerating quotation cycles, and enhancing margin performance.
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Establish and manage pricing frameworks and governance in coordination with product and application management.
- Implement and oversee sales performance management systems, using KPIs to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Actively contribute to site development as part of the local leadership team.
- Build and lead a high-performing, cross-cultural sales team.
- Foster a culture of innovation and challenge existing processes to unlock growth.
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- At least 10 years of experience in B2B project sales, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role within a complex, international matrix organization.
- Demonstrated success in managing country-level sales teams and navigating multi-market environments.
- Strong operational understanding, with experience collaborating closely with manufacturing, logistics, or technical delivery teams.
- Proven ability to implement and manage sales performance systems and drive commercial accountability.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, combined with a structured and pragmatic approach.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of developing diverse and effective teams.
- Fluent in English and Dutch; French or Spanish is a strong asset.
- Willingness to travel approx. 20-30%
- On-site presence required: 3-4 days per week in Weert.
