  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • At least 10 years of experience in B2B project sales, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role within a complex, international matrix organization.
  • Demonstrated success in managing country-level sales teams and navigating multi-market environments.
  • Strong operational understanding, with experience collaborating closely with manufacturing, logistics, or technical delivery teams.
  • Proven ability to implement and manage sales performance systems and drive commercial accountability.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, combined with a structured and pragmatic approach.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of developing diverse and effective teams.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch; French or Spanish is a strong asset.
  • Willingness to travel approx. 20-30%
  • On-site presence required: 3-4 days per week in Weert.

As part of their strategic growth, they are seeking a Senior Director Sales to lead the commercial development of their Vertical Packaging and Lollipop Machines product lines.This is a senior leadership position with full revenue accountability, requiring a commercially driven leader with strong operational insight, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex international sales environments. The role is based in Weert, the Netherlands, and includes active participation in the local Management Team, with regular travel to country markets and customers.
