  • Responsible for coordinating the quality system, safety system, training system, human resources management, and cultural development of the distribution center, with a focus on continuously improving overall management performance.
  • Responsible for overall planning and management of vehicle dispatch and operational scheduling.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams on inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Responsible for managing carriers and ensuring the timeliness and safety of commercial vehicle operations.
  • Responsible for cost control and achieving profit targets for the distribution base.
Coordinate other project-based tasks assigned by the Chief Dispatcher Specialist.Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics, supply chain, international trade or finance is preferred.
  • Proficient in English, or other minor languages can be used as working languages.More than 3 years working experience in logistics.
  • Have strong language expression and communication skills, clear thinking logic, strong sense of responsibility, careful thinking, careful and thoughtful, able to bear hardships and stand hard work, obey the leadership arrangement.
  • Strong data sensitivity and data analysis ability.
  • Be good at writing process documents.
  • Familiar with office softwares.
