
Senior HR Business Partner (32-40 hours a week, Utrecht)

- Act as a trusted advisor to Capability Leads and Sector Leads providing guidance on HR topics such as performance and talent management, team dynamics, workforce planning, HR data and KPI's and change management;
- Identify opportunities to improve and innovate within our HR approach;
- Take the lead in developing and initiating new HR strategies that support business goals;
- Partner with leaders to co-create and execute organizational development plans;
- Contribute to the current transition of the HR function from a supportive role to a strategic, consultative partnership with the business;
- Facilitate the implementation of new HR processes and ways of working across teams; Guide and mentor fellow team members, to help them grow and make an impact together.
- A relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree and at least 8 years of experience in a similar HR role;
- A solid background in HR within a fast-paced or dynamic organization (preferably Consultancy);
- Experience with hands-on business partnering in a commercial setting;
- You’re both a strategist and a doer: someone who enjoys initiating ideas as well as seeing them through to execution;
- A proactive mindset and creative solution solver with a can-do attitude;
- Strong interpersonal skills, with experience in guiding and mentoring colleagues;
