Lead the team that provides insights into the performance of our TM detection system and the trends we observe through our automatic and manual detection.You and your jobAs Lead TM CS Performance Insights and Reporting you are responsible for developing and managing reporting and data-driven insights that support transaction monitoring performance, risk, and strategic decision-making within the TM Control Standards Department.You lead a team of experienced professionals and actively contribute to the development of the TM Control Standards department. Approximately half of your time is dedicated to hands-on involvement in reporting and data initiatives.You report to the Manager of the Tuning & Testing team and are a member of the TM CS Tuning & Testing team. Your scope of responsibility is global, which includes both Retail and Wholesale & Rural (W&R).As Lead TM CS Performance Insights and Reporting you are responsible for collecting the desired requirements for insights from all stakeholders of the TM Control Standards Department. You are able to translate the requirements into specific data requests and align on the functional definitions of those requirements. You provide the necessary input to build structural dashboarding and Power BI solutions. The decision of which dashboards gets to be built first will be made in the TM Management Team (MT).
