· In addition we offer 5 extra paid paternity days after 1 year of service.Responsibilities· You are responsible for preparing breakfast/lunch/dinner (depending on the shift) together with the Kitchen Team;· You are responsible for creating remarkable culinary experiences in the Food & Beverage outlets; restaurant and meeting areas;· You make sure that the HACCP rules and regulations are followed;· You support the Commis de Cuisine and Demi Chef de Partie;· You assist the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef with creating the menus;· You take ownership of the efficient running of the kitchen in the absence of Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef.Qualifications:Qualifications
  • You have an European passport or a Dutch work permit;
  • You are fluent in English;
  • You are flexible working different shifts (morning and evening);
  • You are passionate about hospitality;
· You have 2 years work experience as Demi-Chef de Partie or you already have experience as Chef de Partie;· You are open minded and eager to learn.Preferred qualifications
  • You have graduated a Culinary Program;
  • You have kitchen hygiene certifications.
