Transport Planner - English Speaker - (SAP)

• Plan and schedule transportation activities in line with supply and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
• Optimize transport routes, loads, and costs while maintaining high service levels.
• Monitor transport performance and proactively resolve exceptions or delays.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance, including preparing export/import instructions per country-specific flows.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Customer Service, and Logistics teams for alignment.
• Contribute to transport-related projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Support sustainability goals by optimizing CO₂ emissions and transport modes.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in transport planning or logistics.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Problem solver with a proactive mindset.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Solid understanding of European transport operations and Incoterms.
• Familiarity with shipment documentation and compliance such as export declarations, T1/T2 documentation, CMRs, and packing lists.
• Knowledge of transport cost structures and carrier performance metrics.
• Experience coordinating with external logistics providers.

• Experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS), such as SAP
• Strong skills in Excel and transport tracking tools.
