Act as a strategic HR leader for the Hengelo site, supporting ~400 employees across diverse functions. Collaborate with the HR Leader Benelux in managing relationships with senior stakeholders, including works councils. Drive talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning to ensure long-term organizational capability. Partner with local and international HR colleagues to optimize HR processes and systems. Provide senior-level coaching and guidance to managers on leadership, performance, and employee engagement. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including senior-level business partnering in a complex, matrixed organization.
