With your energy, leadership and clear oversight, you know how to motivate and guide the team every single day: you're on it.How you do this? As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for coordinating and leading your team. You focus on safeguarding quality and can switch effectively between different departments and our customers. You oversee the daily planning, continuously monitor progress and translate performance into clear KPI reports. At the same time, you remain alert to any deviations or operational issues and are quick to act with appropriate solutions. You will be managing a team of around 25 people. You achieve this by:
- conducting performance and development reviews, managing absenteeism and leading staff meetings;
- ensuring the monitoring and execution of our logistics processes based on daily and weekly schedules;
- actively contributing to improvement projects in collaboration with engineering, project management and IT, further developing and optimising these projects, and celebrating the achieved success together with your team.
- proven experience in transport and logistics as well as in a supervisory role, with the ability to lead from the front and engage your team;
- good command of the English language and experience with (or the ability to quickly learn to work with) warehouse management systems;
- flexibility, resilience and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment, spending 50% of your time on the shop floor;
- experience working with a diverse international team and creating a pleasant and efficient working environment.

- a full-time position of 40 hours per week in day shifts (07:30 - 16:30), with active presence on the shop floor;
