
Channel Marketing Manager Project Business Northern Europe

- Co-develops the channel strategy and follow-up in close cooperation with the Project Business Channel Director;
- Creates a channel strategy and plan a roadmap with priorities to generate demand;
- Works closely with local Project Business Channel Managers to conceive and implement strategy across NEBA (country roadmaps);
- Co-develop, drive & implement the channel's marketing plan and budget in close cooperation with the local Project Business Channel Managers;
- Develops and execute the channel communications plan;
- Execute cross-border marketing and business development initiatives, as well as overseeing local initiatives (UK & Ireland, BeNeLuxand Nordic countries);
- Identify new growth opportunities (products, services, segments or route to market);
- Oversees the product portfolio and prioritizes (local) needs for product developments/adjustments from a Project Business perspective;
- Conduct market research (market data, financial figures, technologies, trends, benchmarks, customers) to create market intelligence;
- Develops specification strategies;
- Understands and develops budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections;
- Supports product and/or service launches of Project Business solutions within NEBA;
- Contributes to deliver fact-based materials to support the value proposition and sales speeches;
- Represents Somfy at various external partners: suppliers, customers, media, sector organisations etc.;
- Contributes to the development of the (digital) tools for the Project Business channel;
- Acts as liaison between NEBA and the Group to bring across local business and market demands for the Project Business.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Fluent in Dutch & English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills;
- Resident of the Netherlands (living in the country is a requirement);
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a marketing or channel management role involving multi-country channel strategy, preferably in B2B or project-based environments;
- Strong coordinating and organisationalskills to manage a dynamic portfolio of projects;
- Hands-on and creative mindset with a solid understanding of digital marketing approach designed for awareness and demand generation, campaigns execution and (digital) tools development and deployment;
- Experience working with marketing agencies and external partners, specially in the Netherlands;
- Decisive and results-oriented with a track record of delivering measurable business impact;
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and data-driven campaign strategies;
- Understanding of the value chain and channel dynamics in the construction industry, particularly in project development contexts;
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across diverse teams.
