- Drive growth by deepening client relationships and identifying new opportunities to enhance their logistics solutions and overall partnership.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging these connections to deliver the best possible merchant experience
- Continuously assess and clarify customer needs, providing expertise, guidance, and education to help merchants achieve their business goals
- Collaborate closely with Merchant Success Specialists to ensure smooth daily operations and timely resolution of any issues
- Coordinate internal projects related to your merchants, working with teams across sales, operations, integrations, and more
- Keep CRM and reporting tools up to date, and monitor account performance using data-driven insights
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or related industries
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to solving challenges
- Strong communicator with a positive, energetic attitude that helps build trust and long-term relationships
- Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Self-motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Fluent in both Dutch and English (written & spoken)
