As an Accounting intern, you'll have the chance to take full ownership of your work and make a real impact from day one. After the internship, we aim for you to continue your career with us in a full-time position!The teamYou will be part of the Business Finance team and work closely with the Financial accountant and the Senior accountant to ensure timely and quality deliverables. The team consists of 7 people.Your role & Impact
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial data.
  • Take full ownership of AP operations, including (but not limited to);
  • Creditor management
  • Invoice processing
  • Bank/credit card reconciliation
  • Cash disbursement
  • Process improvement
  • Be the main contact for suppliers and other teams regarding invoices and payments
  • General Ledger maintenance, think of recording and allocating transactions
  • Assist in the month-end procedures such as accruals, depreciations and balance sheet reconciliation
  • Assist in team-level projects
Your profile
  • You are studying something related to business administration, economics, finance, accounting or a related field, or have a genuine interest in accounting finance topics.
  • Excellent organising abilities and a great attention to detail
  • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
  • You have a proactive approach and work ethic including discretion and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace (or MS Office) is a plus
  • You speak English on an above-average level. Speaking French is a true asset!
