As an IT Innovation Associate, you’ll be a catalyst for change—spotting trends, testing ideas, and turning bold concepts into real-world solutions. You’ll work across departments and disciplines to co-create the future of ASML’s digital landscape. Your mission includes:Designing and driving innovation roadmaps that align with ASML’s strategic goalsLeading the full innovation lifecycle—from ideation to proof-of-concept to enterprise scalingScouting and experimenting with emerging technologies to unlock new business valueRapidly prototyping and piloting solutions to test feasibility and impactCollaborating with business and IT teams to co-develop use cases that matterTranslating global tech trends into actionable opportunities for ASMLOrganizing hackathons, inspiration sessions, and other innovation-driving eventsBuilding compelling business cases and storytelling decks to secure buy-in and scale successEducation and experience
To help us tackle the technical challenges we face, you’ll need experience working on High Tech products and with complex processes. As IT Innovation Associate, you’ll need:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Information Management, or a related technical field3–8 years of experience in IT, innovation, or digital transformation rolesProven experience with innovation management, design thinking, prototyping, and agile methodologiesSkills
