- Support payroll operations for designated regions and provide backup assistance across other territories
- Assist with payroll updates and help implement location-specific compensation adjustments
- Maintain organized payroll documentation and records with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support audit preparation by organizing payroll files and compliance materials
- Provide office-based payroll support when needed
- Handle HR Help Desk inquiries, routing requests to appropriate team members
- Respond to employee payroll questions with professionalism and timely follow-up
- Maintain and update employee information systems, including working hours, compensation details, and bonus payments
- Process payroll adjustments based on regional requirements and specifications
- Work with specialized payroll data for different countries and payment systems
- Use advanced Excel functions to perform payroll calculations, analyze payroll data, and create reports
- Review and validate field team time submissions and leave requests for accuracy across designated regions
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure proper time tracking and approval processes
- Able to work from office at least 4 days a week (Wednesdays are working from home day)
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative, finance, or HR roles with strong Excel usage
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and payroll calculations
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working with employee data, financial records, or administrative processes
- Interest in developing payroll and HR expertise (full training will be provided)
- Proactive attitude and quick learning ability
- Knowledge of Dutch employment practices is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented approach with genuine interest in supporting employees
