That’s why creativity is valued as a core ingredient in everything from product to process.We’re looking for a sharp, social, empathic, and ambitious AI Integration Engineer to help build, integrate, and maintain advanced AI systems that power GTEcom's internal operations and customer-facing experiences.The ChallengeAs an AI Integration Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain production-level AI solutions across core systems such as Customer Service Agents, ERP platforms, and Supply Chain tools. You’ll take ownership of key components within our AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and high-quality code using Python, Langchain, and generative AI frameworks. Collaborating with product, operations, and engineering teams, you’ll help drive automation, contribute to our AI-first roadmap, and continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies for potential integration into GTEcom's ecosystem.Early Success Milestones for this role
  • Independently take ownership of and deploy a key feature or component of the AI system (e.g., a module of the Customer Service AI Agent).
  • Demonstrate initiative and autonomy in delivering a scalable AI solution that meets performance and quality standards.
  • Actively contribute to team collaboration and code reviews, showcasing strong technical and interpersonal skills.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a production environment.
  • Strong experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI application development.
  • Proficiency in Python and Langchain.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles and production-quality code deployment.
  • Familiarity with OpenAI API, Ollama, Scikit-learn (SKlearn), or Huggingface ecosystem.
  • Experience with integrating AI systems into ERP or supply chain tools.
Couple of the notes about the role
  • This is not a salaried position. This is an Independent Contractor role.
  • You must be able to commit at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
  • We require everybody in the team to use Hubstaff (
) to track hours worked.CompensationWe pay on an hourly basis — we’re open to reviewing rates based on experience and expertise.
