Influencer Marketing SpecialistKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic Campaign Development: Lead in shaping and executing the global influencer marketing strategy in collaboration with the Global Marketing Communications Manager.Partnership Management: Identify, negotiate, and maintain collaborations with influencers in priority markets, ensuring brand alignment and performance delivery.Project & Budget Management: Oversee influencer campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Manage influencer contracts, invoicing, and internal approvals.Creative & Content Collaboration: Lead to the ideation and creative development of influencer campaign content. Work closely with the Content, Social, and Paid Media teams to ensure integrated storytelling. Co-manage and grow Hunkemöller’s social media presence in alignment with influencer activities.Travel & Event Activation: Ideate and organize influencer trips, events, and other activations, both locally and internationally.Performance & Analytics: Define campaign KPIs, monitor and evaluate performance, and deliver actionable reporting and insights to stakeholders. Propose data-led recommendations for optimization.Trend & Market Monitoring: Stay informed on social media and influencer marketing trends. Conduct competitor benchmarking and industry analysis in collaboration with the Social Media team.Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all influencer activities adhere to legal, platform, and brand compliance standards across markets.Influencer Portfolio Management: Build and manage a diverse portfolio of influencers from nano to celebrity level across multiple key markets aligning with campaign goals and brand positioning.What We’re Looking For2–4 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or digital PR, preferably in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry in the Netherlands and/or GermanyDemonstrated ability to plan, execute, and evaluate influencer campaigns across multiple markets.A commercial and creative mindset with a strong sense of ownership.A strong eye for aesthetics and storytelling, understanding what makes content engaging and on-brand.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with global and local stakeholders.Strong communication and relationship-building skills with influencers and internal teams.Confidence in working with data, setting KPIs, and generating reports to guide strategic decisions.Passion for social media and an up-to-date knowledge of current trends and digital storytelling.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Willingness to attend occasional influencer or brand events, including evenings or weekends.At Hunkemöller, we are creating moments that matter, together.
