For this position we seek a bright and analytical person of high integrity and energy.You’ll be part of Insurance and Risk Management Department (IRMD) which is part of Signify Treasury department. IRMD is responsible for all Signify insurances worldwide and is highly centralizes in its approach. If you match this description, get in touch!What you’ll doYou work closely with the global head of Insurance and Risk Management Department to review Company risks and to adequately transfer insurable risks to the insurance market and/or alternative solutions.Depending on your professional expertise, you are responsible for specific insurance lines (liability, financial lines, marine and/or property & business interruption, etc.) end to end including analyses and collection of risk information, renewal negotiations, etc.You actively support the renewals of the insurances where you are not primarily responsibleYou are responsible for the coordination of all international programs with support of our insurance brokers and Signify’ s insurance business analyst.You advise internal stakeholders in different countries on insurance matters and take part in contract management and Merger & Acquisition by assessing the risks, insurance needs and coverage based on your professional expertise and judgment.You are responsible for the accurate reporting of (re-insurance) claims to our insurers (and our insurance captive) from our third-party agents, from our USA insurance and risk manager and from our local insurance or legal teams as appropriate.From time to time you lead large claims management and settlement with if necessary support from our brokers.Your qualifications5 years relevant experience in the insurance industryUniversity degree level or higherProfessional insurance diploma's are advantageFluent spoken and written English is a minimum, an additional language is an advantageOur candidate profile is just a guide.
