For the French market we are looking for a Tender Administrator to support the local service organization in achieving their goals.
You are accountable for service revenue and the team based revenue targets.
Main objectives • You will support the responsible for commercial tenders by coordinating the tender process with the tender team, local service team and Inside Sales • You will prepare and compile submission documents in relation to tendering activities and submit them in a timely manner. • You will fill out the tender questionnaires and prepare the pre-qualifications. • You ensure that the tender submissions are in line with customer's tender requirements * You will monitor the tender submission process for completeness, consistency and compliance.YOUR TEAMYou will be joining a dynamic team of 12 colleagues with diverse backgrounds in Back Office Support and Inside Sales. MSP notes:The department consists of 2 teams:
Back Office (9mdw) and Inside Sales (4mdw). The Tender Administrator is a position of the Inside sales teams.
Personalities in the department are very diverse, it is a nice international team and the working language is English.As a Tender Administrator you are mainly responsible for managing tenders and renewals contracts in the system for the French market. To achieve this, you work closely with colleagues in France.
Information that needs to be filled in for this purpose can be obtained from various departments. You coordinate and manage that you have received and processed the information in the system before the set deadline. It requires a lot of reading (e.g. legal documents) and writing.
The challenge in this position lies in being able to switch quickly and knowing where you can get information.Ideally, the candidate can work 4x 4 hours per week (min 3 days)
There is only a budget for 16 hours, unfortunately more hours are not possibleHard Skills:

Otherwise a Part Timer who has experience as an admin.This is a temporary position for a longer period of time, the position will continue to exist. A prospect of stability cannot be said, but it cannot be ruled out either.
