
Head of HR Services - IFS Ultimo

- Directing the HR Services organisation (5 HC / 3,5 FTE).
- Responsible for all the global operational- and administrative functions of HR, including payroll.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, HRIS maintenance, payroll coordination and compensation & benefits administration.
- Ensure HR processes are efficient, standardized, accessible, secure and compliant with local, legal and regulatory demands.
- Develop and implement HR integration plans for M&As in partnership with the People & Culture Director, Sr. HRBP, and cross-functional teams to align the acquired company's HR functions with IFS Ultimo and ensure a smooth transition and integration of HR systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure global and regional HR policies comply with local rules, laws and regulations.
- Manage audits, reporting, and compliance related to HR operations.
- Develop and monitor key HR metrics to measure effectiveness and identify improvements.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management and IFS on HR service delivery performance.
- University qualification or equivalent experience in or comparable to Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Dutch (C1+).
- Proven ability in senior human resources management, specifically in a leadership role.
- Proven ability in managing global HR operations and delivering HR services.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Europe and the USA.
- Proficiency with HRIS and other HR technology solutions.
- Expertise in an international work environment.
- A permanent contract for a full-time position (40 hours).
