  • Manage supplier relationships across different ingredient categories, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and reliability
  • Lead sourcing projects to expand our ingredient portfolio and optimize procurement strategies
  • Analyze supply chain performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including suppliers, production, product development, and logistics-to drive efficiency
  • Monitor and enhance supplier performance, using data-driven insights to improve service levels
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging supply chain innovations
  • Tackle challenges head-on, making quick decisions to mitigate risks and keep operations running smoothly
What you'll bring:
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or operations
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset - you see opportunities for improvement and take initiative
  • Strong analytical skills - you use data to drive decisions and optimize processes
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work across different teams and cultures
  • Fluency in English (other European languages are a plus)
  • Resilience and adaptability - you thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
