- Prospect target industries and accounts, build referral networks, and share best-practice sales solutions with colleagues to accelerate deals.
- Drive new-customer acquisition by showcasing how FORTNA solutions have solved similar challenges for existing clients and guiding prospects through every stage of the sales funnel.
- Sell and Realize sales target
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, using your influence to gain buy-in for new ideas and concepts.
- Understand and empathize with the long-term needs of our customers.
- Develop collaborative solutions that address these needs and contribute to long-term success.
- Execute structured follow-up to ensure product adoption and satisfaction.
- Cultivate referral advocates among satisfied customers to accelerate acquisition.
- Participate in key industry networks to stay informed and connected.
- Leverage your network to benefit the business and build new relationships.
- 2 to 7 years of proven experience in Sales or Account Management within a SaaS environment.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial concepts, principles, and processes.
- Preferably, familiarity or experience with Warehouse Logistics and Intralogistics solutions.
- A commitment to setting and achieving challenging performance targets.
- Empathy for long-term customer challenges, with the ability to craft collaborative solutions.
- Travel to visit clients and trade shows, is an important part of this role.
