We are social and charming by nature, creating everlasting memories for our guests.As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you play a key role in ensuring a seamless daily operation within our Housekeeping department. You assist in supervising and coordinating the cleaning of guest rooms and service areas, guaranteeing high-quality standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and security.Your Role in Our Story:
  • Supervise and coordinate the cleaning of guest rooms and service areas.
  • Perform daily room checks to ensure high cleanliness standards are met.
  • Motivate, train, and coach the Housekeeping team to excel in their roles.
  • Communicate effectively with Room Division Leads and the team to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For:
  • Willing to work evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting items like vacuum cleaners or furniture.
  • Able to assist in cleaning guest rooms or public areas when needed.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working in a multicultural team.
