Etex is a company that is committed to success - and when you join us, we'll be committed to you.As an Area Sales Manager within your region, you will build our brand awareness among clients, architects, and consulting or engineering firms, with the goal of generating orders and being specified in project tenders. From a relational and specialist approach, you will guide and advise them and other involved parties-processors (contractors, installers, and applicators) and distribution partners-in finding solutions for challenges related to fire-safe construction and high-temperature insulation.You will explore the market; you will actively participate in relevant networks and seek out potential customers.
Throughout the entire process-from the first contact, preparing quotations, advising customers to aftersales-you will be the first point of contact and ensure customer satisfaction.
You will maintain relationships with distribution partners, provide them with the right knowledge and applications of our products, and jointly develop commercial activities targeting the processors.Job RequirementsYou have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking, preferably in a technical (construction-related) field, complemented by relevant commercial experience (business development). You are a true sales professional at heart with a strong proactive entrepreneurial spirit. Although you no longer consider yourself a pure technician, you communicate well with technical experts, both internally and externally, and at various levels-from contractors to architects. Together with a team of experts, you convert opportunities into strong proposals. You persist until the deal is closed and, together with your colleagues, ensure that the project becomes a success.
