- Own and deliver aggressive revenue targets for the RSP and ES product lines.
- Drive new business by leveraging deep operator relationships and market knowledge.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including qualification, solution positioning, RFP responses, and commercial negotiations.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, setting goals and coaching for success.
- Partner closely with product, technical, and legal/finance teams to deliver compelling proposals and secure internal approvals.
- Represent 1GLOBAL at key industry events, positioning the company as a leading provider of eSIM software solutions.
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and regular reporting to senior leadership.
- 5 - 8 years of international sales experience selling to telecom operators.
- Strong existing network of C-level and senior operator relationships globally.
- Proven track record of closing large, complex software deals in the telecom sector.
- Deep knowledge of eSIM technology, RSP, entitlement solutions, and how they are commercialized.
- Experience managing sales teams and owning full revenue accountability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience with RSP/Entitlement Server deployments.
- Technical understanding of mobile core systems and integration processes.
- Multilingual skills (English required; other languages a plus).
