- Monitor & Report on sales, stock levels, and procurement to support data-driven decisions.
- Maintain High Standards by following all health, safety, and compliance regulations.
- Proven experience in selling fresh produce, ideally exotics and vegetables.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Experience in the Dutch or European market.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in relevant IT systems and software.
- Fluency in Dutch.
