
Business Controller

- Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Analyze financial results and identify cost-saving and result improving opportunities
- Prepare management reports and support business case evaluations
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and support process improvements
- Further develop the management reports and dashboards
- Understanding the dynamics and financials of the projects in the Business Unit, and act proactively where necessary
- Together with the colleagues from the Finance Team help to further professionalize the financial processes and project control. As well as improving the quality of data in the ERP system.
- Create innovative tools that empower WSP Netherlands to take greater control of its results.
- 5- 8 years working within a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical thinking skills and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and result oriented approach to work.
- Fluency in English (Dutch is preferred)
- Experienced Excel User
- Experience working with Power BI and AFAS Is preferred.
