Vacancy: Pragmatic Change Management Advisor (Interim)For one of our international clients, we are looking for a medior/senior Change Management Advisor to support a large-scale HR digital transformation project. The organisation is rolling out Workday in 6 regions and 20 countries, and needs a pragmatic change professional to ensure smooth adoption across all levels.In this role you will help set up a change network within the organisation, collaborate with regional change leads, and co-create and execute practical change plans (including communication and training).Your responsibilities:
  • Build and coordinate a strong internal change network.
  • Develop clear, actionable change plans for each country/region in collaboration with local change leads, and support them with the execution.
  • Support the local change leads in conducting stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments
  • Support the Global Change manager on change management activities on global, regional and country levels
  • Advise on best practices in change management planning and execution
  • Align regional change strategies with global goals and project timelines.
  • Monitor readiness and resistance, and propose down-to-earth solutions.
  • Track change management progress and report outcomes in a clear, concise way.
Your profile:
  • Multiple successful HR IT implementations under your belt (preferably Workday).
  • Strong, pragmatic change management experience - you know how to make it simple, pragmatic and effective.
  • Comfortable working on global, regional and local levels.
  • Solid communication skills and a hands-on attitude.
Practical details:Location: Ede, the Netherlands (hybrid: 1-2 days on-site, rest remote)
Workload: ~3 days per week (0.5-0.7 FTE)
Duration: July - December 2025
Hourly rate: €80-€90 (depending on seniority)Does this role appeal to you?
