As Inside Sales Officer, you are the technical link between IQIP and our customers when it comes to spare parts. You ensure timely handling of incoming orders, support clients with technical advice, and help optimise their operations by offering tailored solutions. With your technical background and customer-focused approach, you provide reliable and efficient support that contributes directly to the success of our projects.Your responsibilitiesAct as first point of contact for spare parts sales and order intakeProvide technical advice and solutions to customers regarding spare partsPrepare quotations and follow up on offersCoordinate with internal departments to ensure timely deliveryKeep customer information and order status up to date in the systemBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsIdentify opportunities for upselling or improving service offeringsYour profileMBO/HBO-level education in a technical or commercial directionTechnical knowledge of mechanical or hydraulic systems is a mustExperience in a similar inside sales or customer support role is a plusStrong communication skills in both Dutch and EnglishCustomer-oriented and solution-focused mindsetAccurate, structured, and able to handle multiple orders simultaneouslyFamiliarity with ERP systems (Infor) is an advantageWhat IQIP offersAn opportunity to drive the energy transition with usPush boundaries to shape tomorrow’s worldOutstanding learning opportunitiesMonthly salary depending on your level and expertiseAnnual bonus (profit sharing)8% holiday allowance, paid annually40 paid annual leave days (27 holidays + 13 additional days)Benefits such as travel allowance, laptop, and educational opportunitiesPME pension fund (CLA/CAO Metalektro applies to this job)Main working location is SliedrechtFlexible working hoursWhy IQIP?
