Job Description:Location: Europe (e.g. preferably based in Benelux, DACH) | Travel: 30-50%As Commercial Development Specialist Healthcare Europe, you will support the growth of DP World's healthcare logistics offering across Europe. This role focuses on commercial planning, market analysis, and customer engagement in the pharmaceuticals and medical devices sectors. You'll work across Contract Logistics, Freight Forwarding, and Ports & Terminals, helping to build a scalable and competitive healthcare supply chain.Key Responsibilities

Support business development and key account growth in healthcare logistics
Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
Coordinate sales plans, KPIs, and commercial reporting across regions
Help shape internal transformation projects and business cases
Lead or support RFI/RFQ processes and customer proposals
Maintain and develop relationships with selected healthcare clients
Create territory and segment plans for market entry and account growth
Represent DP World at healthcare industry events and forums

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
2+ years' experience in commercial, strategy, or business development roles
Background in logistics, supply chain, or healthcare preferred
Strong analytical and project coordination skills
Confident communicator and team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
Willingness to travel (30-50%)
