- Ensures that the service technicians receive the accurate materials, tools and test equipment for the accurate execution of service projects
- Be part of a project team in case of large/sophisticated (high voltage) projects. Draw up the Bill of Material based on the internal order and is responsible for the warehouse management.
- Incorrect interpretation of customer wishes or making mistakes in the performance of the work can have far-reaching consequences in various areas (financial damage, delivery delay, quality problems, unsafe situations with a risk of accidents, damage to equipment, damage to image).
- Specific knowledge of, for example, mechanical engineering, energy technology, electrical engineering, production technology is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Dutch language in word and writing. Quality assurance, environmental legislation and safety rules. Reporting and management techniques. Product knowledge (eg: switchgear) and product guidelines.
- "Hands on" mentality. Practical work in the workshop and warehouse interspersed with desk work.
- Supervision of the accurate execution of service projects and repair jobs.
- Participant of project teams in case of large/sophisticated (high voltage) projects.
