This role involves close collaboration with regional sales teams to streamline processes, drive efficiency, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues to support project and deal processes.
  • Calculate project costs using basic Excel skills.
  • Create and manage accurate customer offers and proposals.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer administration records.
  • Process orders, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
  • Handle repeat orders autonomously in cooperation with sales teams.
  • Organize internal support for legal and information security inquiries.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A higher vocational education level (at least HBO).
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales support experience in a project-based organization, ideally within an internationally operating SME.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Commercially driven with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent team player who enjoys empowering others to succeed.
