
Key Account Manager, the Netherlands

- Develop and expand the customer portfolio by acquiring new fleet clients, strengthening the brand proposition, and establishing commercial frameworks.
- Negotiate volumes, model mix, and discount structures in line with BYD Europe’s objectives.
- Prepare quotations and calculate margins, including the design of bonus and incentive programs.
- Develop and execute sales activities across fleet, leasing, and rental channels to increase market share.
- Maintain strong and collaborative relationships with the BYD dealer network.
- Translate and implement European framework agreements in the Dutch market, in close cooperation with the European KAM team.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date contract and sales administration.
- Work proactively with internal departments (including marketing, operations, and aftersales) to fully meet customer needs.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience and success in a commercial role within the automotive sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent numerical and analytical ability.
- A well-established and relevant professional network within the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Excellent command of Dutch and professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
