Day to day, you’ll process payroll, handle queries, support statutory filings, and collaborate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies. You’ll also maintain payroll documentation, keep up to date with regulatory changes, and help drive automation and standardisation efforts. In the Netherlands, your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with local regulations, managing collective labour agreements, serving as the main contact for payroll issues, attending union and base management meetings, and preparing accurate reports and audit materials.
