
Customer Service Agent

- Follow-up on the order-process for export
- Coordinate stock transfers, allocation to orders
- Maintain the delivery process
- Follow up forecast consumption and alert S&OE team/ demand planning on deviations
- External communication / business relationship with: customers, Dutch authorities, logistic suppliers
- Internal communication with: all supply chain departments, Mc Cain Intercompany regions
- Optimizing container loading planning in cooperation with the container planning manager or transport Cell in France
- Export documentation issuance
- Report on KPI
- Claim coordination / credit note issuance
- Respect S&OE team instructions in case of shortage
- Take action on slow movers stock
- Experience with customer service and someone who is customer oriented
- Experience with managing orders
- Knowledge of SAP MM/SD and Microsoft Office
- The ability to speak and write Dutch and English fluently
- MBO level 4 Logistics or comparable education level
- Ability to handle stress, with an eye for details
- Proactive, collaborative approach and ability to work well in teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer orientation
