We’re a leading global online delivery platform, and our vision is to empower everyday convenience.Whether it’s a Friday-night feast, a post-gym poke bowl, or grabbing some groceries, our tech platform connects tens of millions of customers with hundreds of thousands of restaurant, grocery and convenience partners across the globe.About this roleAs the Senior Last Mile Marketing Analyst, you will be a critical driver of data-informed decision-making within the Partner Marketing, Last Mile Marketing team.You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our strategy for branded merchandise and LMV initiatives, by turning the data into actionable insights, create visualised dashboard and present your findings back to Country & Central Stakeholders.Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our Amsterdam office & 2 days working from home. Reporting to: Global Partner Activation & LMV ManagerThese are some of the key components to the position:
  • Data ownership of key LMV measurement framework & metrics, to track the performance and impact of Merchandise and LMV initiatives.
  • Develop a robust measurement framework for the global Partner & Courier webshop, working closely with the team to define key metrics and reporting.
  • Build insightful data visualizations within Tableau to enable the team and stakeholders to easily track performance, identify trends, and understand key insights.
  • Automate reports and dashboards to improve efficiency and scalability of insights delivery.
  • Proactively monitor metrics, to detect opportunities and deviations and propose solutions
  • Use storytelling techniques to effectively communicate complex data and insights, making them relatable and actionable for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Identify global and local business opportunities and work with stakeholders to implement learnings
What will you bring to the team?
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with a focus on marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Familiarity with CRM and e-commerce platforms (experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus).
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL. Knowledge of Python, R or related programming language would be a plus
