
Senior Last Mile Marketing Analyst

- Data ownership of key LMV measurement framework & metrics, to track the performance and impact of Merchandise and LMV initiatives.
- Develop a robust measurement framework for the global Partner & Courier webshop, working closely with the team to define key metrics and reporting.
- Build insightful data visualizations within Tableau to enable the team and stakeholders to easily track performance, identify trends, and understand key insights.
- Automate reports and dashboards to improve efficiency and scalability of insights delivery.
- Proactively monitor metrics, to detect opportunities and deviations and propose solutions
- Use storytelling techniques to effectively communicate complex data and insights, making them relatable and actionable for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Identify global and local business opportunities and work with stakeholders to implement learnings
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with a focus on marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders, including senior management.
- Familiarity with CRM and e-commerce platforms (experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus).
- Excellent knowledge of SQL. Knowledge of Python, R or related programming language would be a plus
