With our dynamic and ambitious culture, we’re passionate about helping brands succeed and we’re just getting started.Now, we’re looking for a Trainee Consultant to join our mission.Consultant at Brandsom:As a Trainee Consultant, you’ll step into the exciting world of e-commerce marketplaces. You’ll be guided by experienced Medior and Senior Consultants as you support brands in building and executing their marketplace strategies. From analysing product performance to optimising content and ads, you’ll be an integral part of their growth journey.You’ll learn by doing, working directly with brands and specialists, using data to make informed decisions, and developing into a full-fledged Consultant over time.TasksWhat you'll learn and do:
  • Gain deep knowledge of marketplaces like Bol.com, Amazon, Zalando and About You.
  • Be trained through our Brandsom Academy, so you’ll be ready to make smart, strategic decisions based on real data.
  • Collaborate closely with Medior and Senior Consultants to support clients with:
  • Content strategies
  • Advertising plans
  • Marketplace operations
  • Take ownership of tasks and customer requests, with plenty of coaching and feedback.
  • Assist in planning and managing customer projects and updates.
  • Share insights with the team and contribute to manuals and training tools within our Academy.

RequirementsRequirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with marketplace operations
  • Strong passion towards the marketplace industry
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing a team.
  • Minimum HBO working and thinking level.
  • You work hard and want to learn quickly.
  • You have in-depth experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Competent in ChannelEngine/Channable integrations
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and/or English.
  • Passion for e-commerce and marketplaces.
  • Experience with AI tooling is a big plus
