No day looks the same as a Meeting & Events Specialist Intern… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:
- Be the first point of contact: You’ll handle the M&E inbox and phone calls, qualify leads, conduct site visits, and guide clients from inquiry to booking.
- Make every event count: You’ll manage contracts, negotiations, and upselling, ensuring that each event is optimized for both the client and Zoku.
- Own the event process from start to finish: You’ll coordinate with the Operations Team, making sure all relevant details are received, communicated, and flawlessly executed.
- Keep relationships strong: You’ll manage post-event feedback, invoicing, and account relationships, helping to build long-term loyalty with partners.
- You’ll be a relationship builder. You’ll connect with clients, partners, and internal teams to create impactful meeting & event experiences.
- You’ll shape the future of M&E at Zoku. Your insights and strategies will help us continuously improve our offerings.
- You’ll grow in a dynamic role. From sales and negotiations to event coordination and operations, you’ll develop a wide range of skills.

- Internship allowance of €750 per month.

- Have prior experience in communication- and reservation- oriented roles, e.g. front office, sales or call center / help desk or events.
- You are a student at a hospitality university and need to do a mandatory administrative – or graduation internship (min. 6 months) as part of your curriculum.
- You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
- You are an EU resident or have a valid working and living permit the Netherlands.
- You are available to start in March 2026 and can work five days a week
