We are looking for someone who is a serious discussion partner at all levels, and pragmatic enough to translate everything necessary in the field of change & comms into concrete actions and deliverables.In this role you would be part of the Corporate Strategy and Transformation team and reporting into the Team leader.Skills, Experience & Qualifications Skills:
- University degree (bachelor's degree) ideally in Business Administration, International Business or Strategic Management
- Strong track record in Organizational Change Management, Program/Project management, Transformation programs or related areas within multinational environments
- Affinity and experience with working on global and complex transformations
- Proven experience in risk and compliancy (F.E. experience in banking and finance)
- Experience with and knowledge of program management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communicator (both written and verbal and excellent active listening skills)
- Has knowledge of the most common Change Management theories & practices and has experience working with Prosci/ADKAR and/or Kotter
- Knowledge of and experience in change communications
- Proficient in conceptualizing, implementing and managing change activities
- Contributing creatively within a team and able to see things from the viewpoint of others
- Analytically and strategic thinker, while actions are pragmatic and long-term oriented
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
- Team player with ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Pragmatic and hands on mindset
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships on different levels in the organization
- Sensitive to political environments and multiple stakeholder agenda's
- Good knowledge of the English language, and preferable Dutch
- Strong communication skills (listening, asking the right questions and expression)
