OPPORTUNITY TO RESPOND CLOSEDWe are We are looking for a Senior Change & Transformation Manager who can support our customer - a global market leader in logistic process automation with more than 9000 FTE - to build a sufficient Control Framework and to make the right steps into Cyber Security.Are you the hands-on senior Change & Transformation Manager who is an expert in the people side of change within business transformations and large-scale global programs? Do you have proven experience in risk and compliancy? And getting energy from breaking down silos across transformation initiatives to deliver the transformation aspirations?
Then this could be a great opportunity for you!The role will focus on stakeholder management, engaging, adoption and supporting the change with all the necessary interventions through the implementation and embedding new ways of working.
We are looking for someone who is a serious discussion partner at all levels, and pragmatic enough to translate everything necessary in the field of change & comms into concrete actions and deliverables.In this role you would be part of the Corporate Strategy and Transformation team and reporting into the Team leader.Skills, Experience & Qualifications Skills:
  • University degree (bachelor's degree) ideally in Business Administration, International Business or Strategic Management
  • Strong track record in Organizational Change Management, Program/Project management, Transformation programs or related areas within multinational environments
  • Affinity and experience with working on global and complex transformations
  • Proven experience in risk and compliancy (F.E. experience in banking and finance)
  • Experience with and knowledge of program management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communicator (both written and verbal and excellent active listening skills)
  • Has knowledge of the most common Change Management theories & practices and has experience working with Prosci/ADKAR and/or Kotter
  • Knowledge of and experience in change communications
  • Proficient in conceptualizing, implementing and managing change activities
  • Contributing creatively within a team and able to see things from the viewpoint of others
  • Analytically and strategic thinker, while actions are pragmatic and long-term oriented
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Team player with ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

  • FTE: Fulltime (min 32 hours)
  • Startdate: a.s.a.p, 6 months assignment with possible extension
