- Communication Handling: Managing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, often prioritizing and responding on behalf of the executive.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinating travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Meeting Coordination: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items from meetings.
- Document Management: Organizing and maintaining files, documents, and records, both physical and digital.
- Expense Management: Handling expense reports, budgeting, and financial documentation.
- Project Support: Assisting with various projects, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
- Confidentiality: Managing sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Office Management: Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- Liaison Role: Acting as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- College degree (or equivalent) and prior administrative experience are required.
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail are critical.
