- Automate and simplify Sales processes so the team can focus on value-adding work
- Ensure Salesforce data is accurate and reliable for reporting and decision-making
- Manage the release lifecycle (testing and deployments) to keep the platform stable and compliant
- Support and troubleshoot integrations with tools like Clay and DocuSign
- Enable Sales and Revenue teams to use Salesforce efficiently and effectively
- Monitor system health, performance, and security, and take proactive action when needed
- Explore new Salesforce features (including AI) and recommend adoption where they improve business outcomes
- Share Salesforce knowledge and best practices with colleagues to raise overall expertise
- Broaden your scope by contributing to neighboring platforms such as HubSpot and NetSuite
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) required or in progress; other certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus
- Strong experience configuring Salesforce: custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, Flows, approval processes, and alerts
- Skilled in data management: imports/exports, cleansing, validation rules, and duplicate management
- Familiar with release management practices: sandbox setup, testing, deployments
- Knowledge of Salesforce security features and compliance practices (e.g., login policies, field-level security, GDPR awareness)
- Understanding of integrations: connected apps, APIs, and exposure to tools like HubSpot or NetSuite
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) is a plus
- Adaptable and solution driven, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Skilled at building collaborative relationships and aligning with business stakeholders
- Excellent communicator, able to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences
- Takes initiative to identify gaps, owns solutions, and thrives with minimal supervision
- Curious and proactive in learning new tools, trends, and best practices
