As an Electrical Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining, operating, and optimizing electrical installations on site. You will receive a comprehensive onboarding program to get familiar with both high- and low-voltage systems as well as the company's unique processes. Once onboard, you'll take responsibility for preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring installations run safely and efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to grow into an expert role while working with both proven methods and innovative technologies.Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, checks, and scheduled maintenance in your field of expertise.
- Identify and resolve electrical malfunctions in a safe and structured way.
- Operate, secure, and maintain high- and low-voltage electrical installations.
- Propose improvements to optimize safety, performance, costs, and equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure production continuity and safety compliance.
- Completed MBO level 3/4 education in Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology.
- A few years of experience in the chemical industry is an advantage.
- Possession of, or willingness to obtain, NEN 3140 and NEN 3840 certifications.
- Knowledge of installation and safety regulations.
- Strong focus on safety and problem-solving, with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and basic English.
- Willingness to show initiative and set an example in company values.
