- Serve as the primary contact for key retail accounts across Europe and beyond.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients across departments: operations, procurement, engineering, and quality.
- Prepare detailed pricing, cost estimates, and commercial documentation.
- Analyse and manage pricing files and profitability metrics across customer sites.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement scope and pricing changes efficiently.
- Forecast and track key account KPIs, prepare dashboards, and lead commercial reviews.
- Lead the preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, and Strategic Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs/SBRs).
- Represent DP World with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in account management or commercial roles, preferably in logistics/supply chain.
- Demonstrated experience in Account Management, including the use of pricing templates, cost databases, and other supporting tools.
- A good understanding of end-to-end logistics processes and their costs.
- Strong client network within the retail sector, especially across fashion, lifestyle, home goods, and luxury.
- Deep understanding of 2PL, 3PL, multimodal transport, customs brokerage, and e-commerce logistics.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (native).
- Willingness to travel up to 50% (mostly within Europe).
